Full Job Description
• To be responsible for the overall care and service for guests throughout their stay.
• Greet and meet and assist guest upon the arrival and escort to their rooms.
• Assists and follows up guests requests and inquiries. answer telephones using appropriate etiquette.
• Provide information and service based on the hotel standards and policies.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other necessary computer programs, OPERA.
• Fluency in English, Solid written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to maintain a positive, friendly attitude even under high pressure.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Pleasant personality with good communication and interpersonal.
• Age 20 – 30 years old
1. Minimum undergraduate or Bachelor degree or relevant degree.
2. Fresh graduate is welcome. Minimum of 1 years in Reception or Guest Service experience will be a strong plus.
3. Must be aware with Opera reservation System
