Key Responsibilities:
Perform thorough cleaning tasks in designated areas, including but not limited to guest rooms, public spaces, offices, and common areas.
Dust, sweep, mop, vacuum, and polish floors, furniture, and fixtures to maintain a pristine appearance.
Make beds, change linens, and replace towels to ensure a fresh and inviting atmosphere for each gue.
Empty and sanitize waste receptacles, disposing of trash and recyclables in accordance with established protocols.
Clean and disinfect bathroom fixtures, mirrors, and surfaces to maintain impeccable hygiene standards.
Maintain the cleanliness of kitchen areas, including washing dishes, wiping countertops, and cleaning appliances.
Replenish guest supplies such as toiletries, towels, and amenities as required.
Execute deep cleaning tasks on a routine basis, including window washing, carpet cleaning, and upholstery maintenance.
Collaborate with maintenance personnel to promptly report and address any maintenance or repair issues.
Adhere to established health and safety guidelines, using appropriate cleaning agents and equipment.
Support the laundry process by sorting, washing, drying, and folding linens as necessary.
Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing gue inquiries and concerns.
Follow established procedures for handling lost and found items and coordinate with the appropriate departments.
Maintain a positive and professional attitude, fostering a welcoming environment for all.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field is advantageous.
Attention to detail and a strong work ethic, demonstrated through consistent delivery of high-quality cleaning services.
Knowledge of various cleaning equipment, chemicals, and techniques.
Ability to work independently or as part of a team, managing time efficiently to meet cleaning schedules.
Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor when interacting with gues.
Understanding of and adherence to hygiene and safety standards.
Physical stamina to perform manual tasks and li heavy objects when necessary.
Flexibility to adapt to changing needs and priorities in a dynamic environment.
