• Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service
• Coordinate and provide administrative support to all areas of the Facilities’ department
• Work closely with all departments within the Facilities department, communicating day to day updates and changes
• Oversee the day-to-day operation of the Housekeeping unit.
• Follow department policies, procedures and service standards
• Follow all safety policies
• Maintain the security of all villa and room keys and locks to various cabinets and drawers
• Consistently update records of lost and found
• Creates cleaners’ worksheets and checklist
• Ensures all Team Members’ requests are addressed and provided on a timely manner
• Ensures housekeeping Team Member amenities and supplies are well stocked
• Assisting in the performance of other special duties and projects as needed in support of organizational goals.
High school graduate. Cleani certification, preferred.
Experience in housekeeping and cleaning management.
Proven skills in complex and large area cleaning management.
