Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues.
Assist in performance management processes.
Develop training and development programs.
Create and implement effective on boarding plans.
Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
Provide counseling on policies and procedures.
Job Requirements:
Two years experience in the same field.
B in business administration, social studies or relevant field.
Good Communication & Interpersonal Skills.
Proficient in MS Office.
Good knowledge and understanding of labor laws and regulation
