Organize and maintain all personnel records.
Update internal databases of leav certificat fil's.
Prepare all HR doents, like employment contracts and new hire guides.
Revise company policies and have knowledge of LMRA and Bahrain government labor rules.
Liaise with external partners, like insurance vendors, LMRA, GOSI and ensure legal compliance to Bahrain government rules.
Create regular reports and presentations on HR issues and weakness discovered related to HR.
Answer any employees queries about HR-related issues.
Assist the payroll department by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days and work schedules)
Arrange travel, accommodations and process expense forms and any related arrangements.
Participate in HR projects (e.g. help organize a job fair event)
Recruitment of new staff and termination of staff and computing final settlements.
Issue warnings to any staff not following company rules.
Recording the daily attendance of staffs.
