Manage transportation department and finalizing vehicles reports.
Manage company cars insurance policy.
Writing official letters, termination, warning letters, and contracts of sub-
contracts.
Writing official circulars and sending to all company employees.
Responsible for department money budgets record with
accounts.
Writing English sub contracts, experience certificates, and definition
letters.
Making visit visa labors, invitation letters, and family visit visa.
Employees vacations and administrative requests in charge.
Working also as department advances accountant.
Manage all tasks, and supervising to assistants.
Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other
data.
Responsible for medical, and car insurance policies renewal, and getting best price quotation
