Main Duties and Responsibilities include:
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources Department.
• Manage human resources activities, such as employment, compensation, employee relations, benefits, training, and employment services.
• Manages end-to-end and timely closure of disciplinary, performance, reward, talent, grievance cases and absence management for all employees.
• Ensure new joining formalities are completed on time (Medical exam, EID, RP Visa) and Document renewal follow up (Passport, Emirates ID, Residence Visa, Labor Card)
• Revise company policies from time to time in order to ensure compliance with regional laws.
• Liaise with external partners, like insurance vendors, and ensure legal compliance.
• Create regular reports on HR metrics (e.g. Manpower, org charts and more)
• Arrange travel, accommodations, and process expense forms.
• Assist management with ad hoc tasks and reporting as and when required.
• Answer employees’ queries about HR-related issues.
• Assist payroll department by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days and work schedules)
Your Qualifications:
• Proven work experience as an HR Administrator, HR Administrative Assistant, or relevant role
• Experience with HR softwares, like HRIS or HRMS & EPICOR
• Computer literacy (MS Office applications, in particular)
• Thorough knowledge of UAE labor laws
• Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important tasks
• Strong phone, email and in-person communication skills
• Establish and maintain interpersonal relationships
• Ability to advise different levels of seniority
• Approachable nature, Conflict Management, Decision Making
• University degree in Business Administration, Human Resources from a recognized university you must have at least 3-5 years of HR Administration experience in UAE.
