• Recruitment activity for the factory. For all factory related roles, engage in accompanying the candidate for on the job testing. Once testing is completed, provide feedback to Ops Manager regarding the grade of the candidate. For all other office and operations roles, arrange interview with Manager
• Salary negotiations roll out offer letters and understand details for joining dates.
• Coordinate for on-boarding for new joiner (ok to board, airport pick up, accommodation allocation for workers, Employment contract preparation, arrange for cash advance, employment contracts, Indian Embassy approval for ECR candidates).
• Coordinate for any visit visa applications for any work (case by case)
• Provide all necessary details to new joiners regarding the work place (introduction to Alpha Nero)
• Attendance and Time management, reach out to supervisors to know who is absent without information, track of late punch ins, ensure late punch ins are supported by relevant business reasons and approvals are in place
• Monthly payroll, overtime calculations, loans, deductions using cross referenced documents (attendance log from system, attendance sheet and overtime sheet)
• Managing C3 account to ensure smooth salary transfer process with support from GM (Creation of new accounts, deletion of old accounts etc.)
• Pay slip generation and distribution
• Ensuring deduction done for operational damages – Input received from Ops Manager, further validated by Responsible individua
• Employee grievance handling, included accommodation related issues, concerns at work place, operations related concerns
• Monitoring and tracking leaves (annual, emergency, unpaid leaves). Collection of application, submit for signatur and provide information to employees regarding the same. Maintain records of hard copy and soft copies
• Employee database maintenance for passport, visa, emirates ids, labor ca ids, and timely update.
• Employee record filing (hard copies of documents like visa, emirates Id, offer letter, contracts)
• Employee exit formalities catering to visa cancellation, ESOB, Final Settlement, Exit process at airport. Including Termination, Resignation, Retrenchment
• Prepare salary certificates, promotion letters, salary increment letters, warning letters, deduction letters,
• Performance Reviews for the employees.
• Coordinate with Management regarding retrenchment activities, issuance of deducti letters,
• Coordinating with AXS for any queries for visa applications
• Insurance Coordination for employees, dependents renewals, claims etc. (additions, deletions etc.)
• Maintains accuracy and up to date records of all employee related documents
• Ensures full compliance to labour laws and regulations including employment visa, medical, insurance, benefits, etc.
• Implement and drive the company's policies and CSR initiatives
•To comply with ISO 9001 & ISO 14001 Policy and Procedures
• Proven experience as an HR coordinator or relevant human resourc position
• Knowledge of human resources processes and best practices
• Strong ability in using MS Office (MS Excel and MS Powerpoint, in particular)
• Experience with HR databases and HRIS systems (e.g. Virtual Edge)
• Ability to work with ATS software
• In-depth understanding of sourcing tools, like resume databases and online communities
• Familiarity with social media recruiting e.g., indeed, Linkedin, Facebook, etc.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle data with confidentiality
• Good organizational and time management skills
• CIPD or HR certification is an advantage
• B in Business Administration or relevant field; additional education in Human Resource Management will be a plus
