We are currently seeking a detail- oriented and organized HR Assistant to join our human resources team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting HR functions and ensuring smooth day- to- day operations.
Responsibilities:
Recruitment Support:
Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial candidate screenings.
Coordinate with hiring managers to facilitate the onboarding process for new employees.
Employee Records Management:
Maintain accurate and up- to- date employee records, including personal information, attendance, and performance evaluations.
Ensure confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.
Benefits Administration:
Support the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perks.
Assist employees with benefits- related inquiries.
Time and Attendance:
Track and manage employee time and attendance records.
Address attendance- related queries and discrepancies.
HR Doentation:
Prepare and maintain HR doents, such as offer letters, contracts, and policies.
Assist in updating and distributing the employee handbook.
Employee Relations:
Assist in handling employee relations matters by doenting issues, conducting initial investigations, and collaborating with HR management on resolutions.
Promote a positive work environment and employee morale.
Training and Development:
Coordinate training sessions and workshops.
Track employee training records and ensure compliance with mandatory training requirements.
Compliance:
Assist in ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Participate in audits and implement corrective actions as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as an HR Assistant or in a similar role.
Knowledge of HR processes, procedures, and best practices.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
