Role Objective:
To provide administrative support in terms of data entry, updates and record keeping for all manpower.
OPERATIONAL
Prepares and updates manpower reports in terms of transfers, new joiners, leave
applications and absences.
Responsible to create and update manpower data in the applied ERP system.
Maintains and updates all manpower physical files.
Assists in processing leave applications, leave settlements, duty resumptions, final settlements, resignations and terminations for manpower.
Prepares warning letters for manpower and keeps record for future reference.
Updates accurately and on a monthly basis the job cost allocation for payroll related issues and handles the daily reports of manpower.
PEOPLE MANAGEMENT
Assists in training and development of new comers as requested.
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Management.
