Position Name HR Coordinator
Reporting To Principal Manager (HR & Admin)
Education Qualification Graduation.
Additional Qualification Post-Graduation MBA(HR), Certification in HR Management.
Experience Required
• Should have 2 years relevant experience in HR Management and Administration.
• Should have good knowledge on Computer.
(MS wo Poi Photoshop etc.)
Languages Mandatory (Fluency, Reading and Writing abilities) - English.
Fluency and reading abilities in Arabic will be an added advantage.
Primary Responsibility: To assist Principal Manager (HR & Admin) in efficient working of HR section.
Tasking:
• Preparation of Company’s Induction Plan and to undertake recruitment process.
• Ensuring renewal of all legal documents w.r.t company, employees and vehicles.
• To work closely with PRO to meet regulatory guidelines issued by Govt. of Qatar w.r.t employees.
• Employee orientation, development and training.
• To carry out Training Needs Analysis, preparation and execution of training calendar.
• Implementation of procedures as per ISO 9001:2015.
• To promote employees’ safety, welfare, wellness and health.
• Employee services and counseling.
• Performance Management and Attendance System.
• Update ERP Module
• HR department filing system
• To carry out any other duties as assigned based on aptitude and experience.
