• Take minutes of the meetings for assigned HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc)
• Coordinate with Recruitment agencies when needed
• Handle real time issues and challenges faced by employees on daily operation
• Create new employee personnel file
• Assist walk-in candidates with application procedures
• Strong ability in using MS Office
• Experience with HR databases
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle data with confidentiality
• Good organizational and time management skills
