2.Uses critical thinking skills to analyze HR metrics and data from various sources and identify patterns related to employee engagement, turnover, and compliance.
3.Creates data-driven reports on recruitment, retention, and compliance, presenting insights and recommendations to the management team.
4.Analyzes HRIS and other data sources to prepare reports on employment practices, delivering clear and concise presentations of findings to top-level executives.
