Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager with strong knowledge of UAE labor laws, expertise in recruitment and headhunting, and the ability to design and implement HR policies aligned with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Manage end-to-end recruitment, including headhunting for key roles and maintaining a talent pipeline.
UAE Labor Law Compliance: Ensure all HR practices comply with UAE labor laws, manage contracts, terminations, and disciplinary actions.
Policy Design & Implementation: Develop and implement HR policies, employee handbooks, and performance management processes.
Employee Relations & Engagement: Address employee concerns, manage grievances, and foster a positive work culture.
Compensation & Benefits: Administer pay, benefits, and leave policies, ensuring competitiveness.
Training & Development: Manage onboarding and training programs for employee development.
HR Analytics: Track and report HR metrics such as turnover and retention rates.
Performance Management: Oversee performance reviews and support department heads in managing staff performance.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
2 to 5+ years of HR experience in the UAE.
Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR compliance.
Proven experience in recruitment and headhunting.
Policy development and implementation skills.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
