Job Description:
Position reports to Managing Partner
Develop and control the process of recruitment and induction of staff
Develop, implement and update HR practices in line with the culture of the organization
Ensure selection of the most suitable candidates for the organization
Advise managers on candidate selection and recommend changes
Bridge relations between management and employees by addressing different types of issues.
Handle employee engagement activities
Ensure planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employees
Facilitate active participation of each employee towards achieving common business goals
Organize required training programs and workshop for employees
Receive employee complaints, suggestions and queries and make sure they are handled properly
Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and keeping up to date with relevant Labor Laws
