The role of the ''Human Resources Manager'' is to lead and manage the HR Department, and to provide HR leadership for the company as a member of the senior management staff.
The responsibilities of the ''Human Resources Manager'' are:
A) Primary responsibility for handling activities in the HR and Admin functions
B) Prepare HR budgets and manpower plans, manage HR costs and HRIS reports for the Senior
Management
C) Design and develop various HR processes and procedures including:
HR Policies & Procedures.
Compensation & Benefits Programs.
Performance Management Systems (PMS).
Employee Welfare Programs.
Training & Development Programs.
D) Negotiate and manage labour supply contracts; Guiding Management on local labour laws and statutory regulations.
E) Liaise with Govt. Depts. and Agencies on HR related matters; Maintain a system of accurate employee data and records.
F) Develop and oversee the use of the company’s Appraisal and Personal Performance
Management System.
G) Develop the company’s Training Systems and ensure that all employees have the training
required to carry out their functions.
H) Develop the company’s Personal Development Systems and ensure that all employees
continuously develop and improve their skills and competencies.
I) Working with executive management, establish a sound plan of management succession that corresponds to the strategy and objectives of the company.
J) Develop comprehensive strategic recruiting and retention plans to meet the human capital
needs of strategic goals.
K) Develop and operate the employee communications systems.
L) Manage the HR Department.
M) Provide HR leadership to the company as a member of the Senior Management Team.
N) Any other work assigned by CEO from time to time.
