Manage HR department by developing and implementing, company-wide HR Policies, strategies and procedures.
Must be able to operate from China for few months when required.
Manage all recruiting needs of Store and other departments.
Develop, implement and monitor policies regarding working conditions, disciplinary procedure and Leave management.
Administering payroll activities and maintain employee records.
Staying up-to-date, interpreting and advising on UAE Labor law.
At all times, encourage a positive working environment.
Update internal databases (e.g. record sick, maternity, annual leave)
Processing Medical Insurance of Staffs’.
Monitor visa processing (renewal and non renewals).
Should be familiar with UAE labor Laws.
Must be able to travel to China for training and other requirements.
Must be Mandarin Speaker
