5.Arrange walk in interviews
6.Shortlisting of candidates – all Jr. Positions except teachers
7.Prepare offer letter for HR Manager approval
8.Discuss and issue the offer letter and joining documents
9.Conduct reference background check
10.File and maintain recruitment documents
11.Update candidate Masterfile
12.Schedule interviews to the line managers
13.Coordinate with HR for the induction schedule
14.Coordinate and arrange the training schedule
15.Coordinate with the line managers for the evaluation
16.Collect all the original documents from the new joiners
17.Update the training details in the New Joiner tracker for payroll
18.Send new joiner email
19.Coordinate with PRO for the visa requirements
20.Perform other related duties as assigned by the line manager
Presentable with good good communication skills (verbal and written)
Efficient with computer skills
