Responsibilities:
Onboarding of New Joinees.
Managing payroll.
Record the attendance & leaves for staff.
Creating KRAs and KPIs for staff and managing the performance of the employees.
Setting targets for the employees and making sure the staff achieve their targets.
Candidate screening and hiring.
Expert in end-to-End recruitment cycle.
Able to manage the entire employee engagement.
1 year experience in HR Recruiter.
