Skills & Competencies: In-depth understanding of all stages of the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and selection. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with candidates and hiring managers. Proficient in HR software and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). Strong ability to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple vacancies. Knowledge of employment laws and recruitment best practices.
