Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Specialist located in Dubai. The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for HR management, creating and implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and personnel management on a daily basis.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Management, or related field
- Expertise in Human Resources (HR) and HR management
- Experience in Recruiting and Hiring
- Experience in creating HR policies & procedures and managing personnel
- Experience on making Job Descriptions
- Experience with Employees Evaluation
- Excellent knowledge of employee benefits programs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage and prioritize tasks effectively
- Certifications in HR would be beneficial (for example, SHRM-CP or PHR)
- Strong knowledge of UAE Labor Law
