• Updat staff files, records and employee data-bank.
• Creates, maintains and updates all the KSA Labor related documents, files and records.
• Deals with governmental External offices such as Labor, Social insurance offices etc.
• Handles Staff work permit procedures, Visas and issue regular reports as required.
• Handles all related staff social insurance procedures and issue regular reports as required.
• Supervises and revises Labor certificates / Labor forms, Social insurance forms / Social insurance letters, Medical insurance Procedures.
• Support recruitment and assist with onboarding.
• Ensue employee compliance to company policies.
• Stay up-to-date and comply with changes in labor legislation.
• Proven work experience as an HR Specialist or HR Generalist.
• Knowledge of Tracking Systems.
• Solid understanding of labor legislation and payroll process.
• Familiarity with full cycle recruiting.
• Excellent verbal and written Arabic-English
