Collaborate with engineering operation and maintenance of oil and gas onshore offshore processing facilities and participate in all phases of projects.
Prepares formulates and updates safety guidelines procedures and rules for safe work practices.
Regular coordination with all stakeholders and concerned government authorities.
Hazard identification, risk assessment and quantification facilitation of safety design reviews and hazop studies bull leading groups of safety and risk engineers on large projects.
Bachelors Degree in Safe Engineering with minimum fifteen years relevant experience in managing HSE in oil and gas projects and must be conversant with local and international HSE laws, regulations, and norms. He must possess a minimum of two or more HSE certification in General Industry Safety, Construction Safety, Environmental Management, Industrial Hygiene, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, NEBOSH, and ICertOSH.
