Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Human Capital Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for talent management, employee development, and fostering a positive workplace culture. This role will be crucial in aligning our workforce strategy with our business goals, supporting our growth and ensuring we have the right talent to succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Workforce Planning: Develop and implement workforce strategies that align with business objectives and drive growth.
Talent Acquisition: Oversee the recruitment process, ensuring we attract and retain top talent.
Performance Management:Implement performance management systems to assess and enhance employee productivity.
Employee Development:Create and manage training and development programs to build employee skills and career growth.
Employee Relations:Foster a positive work environment, addressing employee concerns and conflicts professionally and confidentially.
Compliance:Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations in all operating regions.
HR Analytics: Use data and analytics to make informed decisions and improve HR processes.
Culture and Engagement:Promote and maintain a strong company culture, enhancing employee engagement and satisfaction.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources
- Proven experience as an HR Manager, Human Capital Manager, or similar role.
- Strong understanding of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with HR software and data analytics tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
