HVAC SALES ENINEER: UAE DRIVING LICENSE
1.Responsible for developing the best sales techniques to achieve sales target
2.Perform the tasks of marketing and selling HVAC equipment as well as provide strategies to expand sales team
3.Handle responsibilities of visiting customer site to gather requirement and prepare proposals as per the requirement
4.Responsible for conducting doing site surveys to identify issues and provide solutions of the same
5.Perform responsibilities of selling HVAC products to contractors and large scale distributors
6.Responsible for talking appointment with potential customers as well as perform management of accounts
7.Perform outside sales activities.
8.Develop proposals, often involving cost effectiveness or return on investment calculations, for
presentation to customers based on preliminary site review and analysis of projects with
customers, blueprints, specifications, proposals and other documents.
9. Conduct post sale follow-ups with customers to ensure all sales agreements have been
accomplished and customers are satisfied with all aspects of the transaction.
10. Maintain accurate and timely sales activity information in Company sales management.
11. Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and a high level of pipeline management. Provide accurate
periodic sales forecasts as requested.
12. Increase market penetration within assigned geography a vertical market by securing new
customers and expanding the scope of products and services purchased by the existing customer
base at key, target, managed, and maintained owner accounts
13. Take a lead role in the sale of planned service agreements at customer locations.
14. For acquired projects, facilitate on-time completion within budget in accordance with specified
requirements of the project scope stipulated in the approved proposals.
