As HVAC Supervisor your roles is crucial to the delivery of PPM, and corrective maintenance. You should have strong technical skills and ability plan, organize and lead HVAC teams to ensure all services are completed to the agreed standard and comply with all regulatory and Alhazm standards.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure that all HVAC Maintenance Services, including reactive and PPM
Directs and coordinates activities of the HVAC team to meet goals in terms of performance, objectiv, service delivery, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Inspects and evaluates the physical condition of the facilities HVAC systems in order to determine the type of work required.
Must be able to read and interpret MEP plans, specifications, and operational criteria.
Responsible for the service and repair of environmental-control systems using first-hand knowledge of refrigeration theory, pipefitting, structural layout and troubleshooting.
Comply with Health & Safety legislation and company processes
