• Carrying out volume casework for assigned Middle East countries, including case initiation, case assessment,
provision to advice on applicable rules and procedures, case preparation and submission, monitoring progress and
follow up on completion.
• Using exceptional organizational skills to meet or exceed customer expectations (including where SLAs are in
place). Responding to email and telephone enquiries in a timely manner and ensuring that advice is comprehensive
and accurate, managing expectations where needed and escalating issues promptly and appropriately.
• Listening actively to the client needs to ensure these are met and anticipating customer needs where possible,
offering pro-active advice. Remaining up-dated on industry even that may be relevant to the client.
• Communicating regularly with clients to build a warm relationship whilst focusing on business needs.
• Attending client meetings, telephone & video conferenc as required.
• Managing own time appropriately, taking initiative to prioritize, identify and address critical tasks effectively, whilst
remaining flexible to changing priorities.
• Works with third party providers across the globe to efficiently deliver services to clients.
• Monitoring visa expiry dates and alerting the client appropriately.
• Ensuring that all work undertaken is in scope, is billed promptly and that additional fees are agreed in advance for
additional services.
• Working with professionalism, honestly and integrity maintaining confidentiality at all times and to model the
company values.
• Ensuring that each immigration application is handled expediently, accurately, in compliance with local immigration
law and consistent with Newland Chase's global standard.
• Ensuring the client receives appropriate news updates and alerts.
• Use online government platforms for new or renewing visas, labour contracts, licenses etc.
• Assist applicant with Consular visa application from various country missions in Middle East.
• Accompany applicants for medicals, bio metric scanning, application submission etc., where possible.
• Desirable - degree level or above
• Must be fluent in English. Knowing Arabic language will be added advantage.
• Having experience in Immigration procedures at least for 1 to 2 years is desirable.
• Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills.
• Familiarity with computers and the internet.
• Applicant must be self motivated, energetic and able to work as a part of a team.
• Applicant must have strong communication and negotiation skills as the job is centered on communication with the
client, colleagues and authorities.
• Applicant must be able to work to tight deadlines even when under pressure, whilst still being able to provide a high
level of customer service.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and any other software related to Visa and Immigration in Middle East.
• Outgoing and positive with a passion to learn and grow.
• Team skills and strong relationship building skills.
