Handles incoming calls or inquiries from prospective customers or clients.Prioritize and process customer orders and requests submitted by telephone, email, live chat, or instant message.Assists customers effectively by solving customer disputes.Maintain thorough and accurate customer service records.Work as part of the sales team to drive positive company sales results.Communicate with customers about their orders, including any delays or changes in delivery.Follow-up with customers on the complaint a question resolution status.
Qualifications:FLUENT IN ENGLISH
oARABIC or RUSSIAN Speaker (Preferably)Excellent with Microsoft excel.Strong communication and negotiation skills.Detail-oriented and works with a high degree of accuracy.Ability to multitask.Ability to tactfully handle stressful and difficult situations.Possess strong problem-solving skills.Can work Shifting hours 9am-6pm / 2pm-11pm
