Own all plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the c sales Targets.
Assists in the development of the sales plan. Prepares forecasts and reporting Director – Operations, for use in organizational planning, financial forecasting, budget setting and strategic planning.
Evangelize the product and personally help close largest deals.
Work collaboratively across teams.
Establish the inbound lead requirements needed to meet your sales objectives
Provide full visibility into the sales pipeline at every stage of development
Establish and foster partnerships and relationships with key customers both externally and internally
Adhere to and administer sales policies and guidelines by representing the company in an ethical, moral and professional manner.
Effectively deliver required , sales targets by closing transactions on a daily basis
Maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.
Training, evaluating, and monitoring the performance goals of direct reports.

Telesales job requires fluency in required languages like English, Hindi and should have a good grip on computers.
