As an IT Engineer, you will play a key role in supporting our IT infrastructure and ensuring the smooth operation of our technology systems. This position offers a blend of technical responsibilities, user support, and collaboration with IT professionals to maintain and improve our IT environment.
-Provide first-level technical support to end-users, addressing hardware and software issues promptly and effectively.
-Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, servers, network devices, and peripherals.
-Assist in the implementation and maintenance of IT security measures, including antivirus software and firewalls.
-Collaborate with the IT team to troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity issues.
-Support the setup and maintenance of audiovisual equipment for meetings and presentations.
