Job Description

Manage, plan, and implement the operations of all technology infrastructure necessary for the premises, which includes data centre, network, telecommunications, service monitoring, user suppo desk, workstation management, servers, storage, cloud applications, related software. 
This position is operationally responsible for ensuring the availability, integrity and security for all IT systems and infrastructure. 
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Develop and implement a value-added IT strategy in line with the Company business needs to ensure improvement in the competitiveness and the performance of the IT
Division as well as supports the achievement of overall objective, policies, and operating procedures for IT.
Development of policies, procedures and guideline for the IT Division and coordinate with other Divisional heads to make appropriate recommendations aligns with JCI (MCI Standard), Data Security and CBAHI Standard.
Develop & Implement IT Road Map for the Company.
Participate in overall business planning bringing a current and future vision of technology and systems as related to the company's vision.
Ensure achievement of departmental functions objectives though IT functions individual objectives, managing performance, developing, and motivating staff.
Develop and execute a IT plans and projects that supports the goals of the Company.
Develop and manage vendor relationships to ensure cost-effective purchasing decisions and to recognize premium, sponsorship or ticket sales opportunities with existing or potential vendors  
Prepare the IT development budget and monitor financial performance versus the budget 
Responsible for end user training and education programs to all staff. 
Continuous IT program evaluation and capability measuring     
Implement and maintain technology products. 
Maintain awareness of trends and best practices in IT department both internationally and regionally and recommend and implement suitable practices and licensing.  
Develop the IT infrastructure and governance framework covering L infrastructure and upgrade 
Design IT process and system network model and customize it to fit the needs and values. 
Forecast system information projected needs and recommend actions to meet them.
Ensure company IT integration of data, proprietary information, and related intellectual property through information security and access management. 
Plan the capacity for serves, Internet, LAN and etc.
Plan, maintain and Implement CCTV infrastructure.
Plan, maintain and Implement Telecommunication system.
Maintain Data security, backup and disaster recovery plan
Oversee and take part of the purchase, license or lease and maintenance of technology hardware and software for the organization including service and license agreements.
Develop and implement IT system testing and debugging of all company systems with recovery plan
Draft new and evaluate current “Request for Process” (RFP) as per Information and Communication Technology requirements.
Responsible for Customer Relations Management (CRM) system.
Carry out IT risk assessment and develop policy not limited to shut down time.
Negotiate Information and Communication Technology proposal and implementation plans.
Participate in disaster and other Committee meeting and conferences.
Supervise Systems, Network administration & support.
Enrich patient experience with compassion, respect and dignity.
Perform any other task or projects assigned by the Management.
