Salary – AED 3000 – 5000 + Sales Commission

Job Responsibilities:
• Responsible for building the Recruitment business in UAE region, signing new client contracts, assisting clients in defining role descriptions and generating new leads.
• Research and acquire clients on a consistent basis through daily phone calls, e-mails, professional networking platforms etc.
• Setting up meetings with potential clients in order to secure businesses.
• Prepare monthly business reports as assigned by the Reporting Manager.
• Draft job descriptions, business contracts, and other related forms in coordination with the concerned parties.
• Persuade clients sign search contracts
• Assist clients in formulating their expectation and contractual requirement in order for the appropriate candidates to be suitably matched with the role
• Prepare business proposals and do market researches.
Job Requirement:
• Bachelor's / Master’s Degree or education in HRM field
• Must have 2-4 years of related B2B Sales within a Recruitment Agency.
• Successful track record achieving revenue targets
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in English language.
• Must have strong experience in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
