Selecting & Recruitment of Insurance Consultants (Sales Team Member)
Training, Coaching and Mentoring the team of Insurance Consultants
Reviewing performance of the team members periodically (daily, weekly & monthly)
Conducting Daily morning meetings with the team and setting agenda for the day
Joint call field activity along with Team Members
SALES MANAGEMENT
Setting and Achieving Sales target - for self and for Individual Team Members
Daily Sales call reporting for Self-business and monitoring Daily Sales call of Team Members
Conducting / Managing Marketing Activity of the Team (including social media marketing)
Analyze MIS reports and take action to boost business
Graduate in any discipline from a recognized University
Minimum of two years UAE experience in managing a Life Insurance Sales Team
Holding a valid UAE Driving License (with a Car)
Good communication skill (both oral and written)
Good analytical and arithmetical skill
Able to conduct an interview to select quality team members
Able to conduct a training on product or soft skill for the team members
Ability to design and conduct marketing activities (including Contests for team)
Positive attitude, Persistent and Competence to work under pressure.
