We are looking for Draftsman specialized Interior Work on urgent basis.
Below are the Job description & requirements :
-Architectur and interior designing for 2D Plans and 3D plans, Shop drawing detailed
shop drawing for mainly Gypsum, joinery & interior fit out details.
- Prepare the material list.
- prepare all drawings for Execution the interior works as per design.
- Prepare BOQ .
- Prepare as Built drawing as per site conditions.
- Prepare transmittal and drawing submission.
Requirements :
certificate in Desi or Civil
Minimum of 3 years’ experience.
The designer will be responsible for managing the design functions on Fit out projects as assigned including liaising with the clients and other departments.
1. Knowledge in Interior Designi Fit Out Industry.
2. Self-reliance & ability in AutoCAD, 3D Max,3D modelling, Photoshop Adobe, Microsoft office
3. General Knowledge of the interior fit o industry & competition
4. Knowledge in Space Planning & Commercial Interior Environment, fit out detailing, Specifications, Suppliers & Materials is a must
5. Excellent English language skills - Verbal & Written
6. Software Skills in Autocad,3D Max, Photoshop & Sketchup is must
