Tasks:
-Financial:
• Monitoring and implementing financial and administrative policies.
• Monitoring expenses and revenues and following up on all financial and accounting operations.
• Preparing financial reports and evaluating financial and administrative performance.
• Developing the company’s financial plans in coordination with executive officials.
• Providing clarifications about the company’s financial results.
• Communicate with financial accountants to obtain the necessary reports, review them, and discuss their details with management.
• Follow up on banking relationships in all their aspects.
• Observation and accuracy in dealing with accounts and their balances and detecting any manipulations or violations.
-Administrative:
• Follow up on all administrative affairs, including employment contracts, lease contracts, insurance, and so on.
• Follow up on all licenses and government transactions and complete them on time.
• Develop internal procedures to improve efficiency and ensure compliance with financial and administrative laws and regulations.
• Preparing all contracts, agreements, and correspondence with all parties in a way that protects the company’s interests.
• Knowledgeable, master, and follow up of all technical matters, computers, and programs.
Skills:
• Obtaining a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, audit, or a related field.
• A very good English language is a must. Arabic is a decisive plus.
• Practical experience in the position of financial controller.
• Complete knowledge of accounting principles and procedures.
• Knowledge and ability to prepare and submit tax statements according to the regulations and laws in force in the Sultanate of Oman.
• Ability to create financial and analytical data.
• Proficiency in dealing with various accounting software and Microsoft Office.
• Mastering IT and software and social media or digital marketing is a huge plus.
