Monitor stock levels and reorder supplies as needed to prevent stock outs.
Collaborate with procurement and logistics teams to manage incoming shipments and deliveries.
Utilize inventory management software to track stock movements and update inventory levels.
Implement and maintain efficient inventory control procedure to optimize storage and minimize losses.
Coordinate with other departments to forecast demand and plan for seasonal fluctuations.
Conduct regular reviews of slow-moving or obsolete inventory and recommend appropriate actions
Generate and analyze inventory reports, to asses trends, identify opportunities for cost savings, and improve overall efficiency.
Assist in the preparation of doentation related to inventory, such as shipping manifests and stock reports.
