We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Administrator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in Oracle and other ERP software management, ensuring the smooth operation and optimization of our company's IT infrastructure. Responsibilities:
•Oversee and manage the company's Oracle and other ERP software systems, ensuring their proper functioning and availability.
•Administer and maintain the company's databases, ensuring data integrity, security, and high performance.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and provide technical solutions in line with organizational goals.
•Install, configure, and upgrade Oracle and ERP software applications, including patching and troubleshooting as necessary.
•Monitor system performance, identify and resolve issues promptly to minimize downtime, and implement preventive measures.
•Conduct regular backups and disaster recovery planning to safeguard critical data and ensure business continuity.
•Manage user access and security permissions, adhering to best practices and compliance regulations.
•Develop and maintain doentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures.
•Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in Oracle and ERP software management, identifying opportunities for system improvements and enhancements.
•Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
•Proven work experience as an IT Administrator, specifically managing Oracle and ERP software systems.
•Strong understanding of Oracle databases, Oracle E-Business Suite, and other ERP platforms.
•Proficiency in administering and troubleshooting Oracle databases, including performance tuning and query optimization.
•Familiarity with ERP software modules such as finance, HR, inventory management, and supply chain.
•Solid knowledge of networking, server infrastructure, and security principles.
•Experience with backup and recovery procedures, as well as disaster recovery planning.
•Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
•Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
•Oracle certifications (e.g., Oracle Database Administrator Certified Professional) will be a plus.
