Provide daily technical support to users or customers, answer technical questions and solve problems.
Assist users to configure, install and maintain software, hardware and network equipment remotely or on-site.
Record user problems and solutions, establish problem tracking system and knowledge base.
Familiar with common operating systems (such as Windows, MacOS, Linux) and office software.
Have good communication skills and problem-solving skills.
Be patient and responsible, good at handling user concerns and providing effective support.
