We are looking for a competent IT Engineer to provide fast and useful technical assistance on computer systems. You will answer and attend all the queries on technical issues and solve them. An IT Engineer must have good technical knowledge and be able to communicate effectively to understand the problem and provide its solution. They must also be customer-oriented and patient to deal with difficult customers. The goal is to create value for clients that will help preserve the company’s reputation and business. Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests. Providing technical support across the company. Setting up accounts for new users. Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary. Testing new technology possibly training more junior staff members
