Key Responsibilities:
Market Analysis and Strategy Development:
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential business opportunities.
Analyze customer needs and industry requirements to develop targeted sales strategies.
Collaborate with senior management to set sales targets and define business development strategies.
Lead Generation and Prospecting:
Generate new leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and online research.
Qualify leads based on their fit with the company's offerings and their potential for conversion.
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients.
Client Relationship Management:
Cultivate strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to understand their business needs.
Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering insights and recommendations on IT solutions.
Regularly engage with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
Proposal Development and Presentation:
Prepare and present compelling proposals, presentations, and demonstrations to clients.
Collaborate with technical teams to develop customized solutions that meet client requirements.
Negotiate terms and pricing to close deals in line with company objectives.
Collaboration and Coordination:
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and technical departments, to ensure seamless delivery of solutions.
Provide feedback to product development teams based on market insights and customer feedback.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on sales goals and strategies.
Performance Tracking and Reporting:
Monitor sales performance metrics, such as revenue, pipeline growth, and conversion rates.
Generate regular reports on sales activities, opportunities, and outcomes.
Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
