We are seeking a skilled IT Officer to join our team.
The ideal candidate should have a strong background in information technology, with expertise in computer systems, networks, software applications, CCTV configuration and installation, website creation and maintenance, graphics designing (with knowledge of photo and video editing) and handling of social media accounts.
This role requires problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to maintaining and improving our IT infrastructure.
Responsibilities:
•Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and networks.
•Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, including desktops, laptops, printers, and servers.
•Provide technical support to users, including troubleshooting and resolving IT-related problems.
•Ensure security of IT systems, including data backup, antivirus protection, and access controls.
•Manage and monitor network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs.
•Implement and enforce IT policies, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance and security.
•CCTV Installation and configuration
•Evaluate and recommend new technologies, tools, and solutions to improve efficiency and productivity.
•Collaborate with other departments to understand IT needs and requirements.
•Plan and execute IT projects, including upgrades, migrations, and installations.
•Doent IT systems, configurations, and procedures for knowledge sharing and training.
•Conceptualizing visuals based on requirements, and prepare rough drafts designs and present ideas
•Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software or by hand
•Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic
•Testing graphics across various media
•Amend designs after feedback
•Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand
•Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent
•Proven experience in IT support or administration.
•Strong technical knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networks.
•Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
•Familiarity with operating systems, such as Windows, Linux, and macOS.
•Knowledge of network protocols, security principles, and best practices.
•Proven graphic designing experience
•A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics
•Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as Photoshop or other design software)
•Must be knowledgeable in video and photo editing
•Must have experience in creating and maintaining website
•A keen eye for aesthetics and details
•Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
•Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
•Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure.
•Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
