You will be responsible for understanding our products in-depth, demonstrating their value to potential clients, and providing technical support to ensure customer satisfaction. Your ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear solutions will be key to your success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical expertise during sales presentations, demonstrations, and discussions to ensure potential clients understand the benefits and capabilities of our products.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
Assist clients with technical questions or issues, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Prepare detailed proposals and quotations, ensuring all technical specifications are accurately represented.
Conduct training sessions for clients to enhance product knowledge and usage.
A technical sales role or a similar position within the technology industry.
Strong understanding of technical products and the ability to explain complex concepts to a non-technical audience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present confidently.
