IT Security Engineer (Mid career and Junior Level Engineers Required) - Attractive Salary
IT Security Engineer is responsible for skillfully deploy and implement assigned projects, ensuring a high level of positive customer experience and satisfaction. This position requires excellent technical and communication skills. The Ideal Candidate needs to be Self Motivated, Customer-centric and highly professional individual.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Perform installation, configuration, integration, maintenance and training for Security platfor with a focus on Next-Generation Firewalls
• Provide training, troubleshooting, and on-site support to customers including version upgrades.
• Providing expert-level root cause analysis for issue troubleshooting.
• Prepare technical documentation to include Low-Level-Design, As-built Design, Technical Requirements, and Standard Operating Procedures
• Coordinate tasks and activities with team members, Project managers, or Vendors and report to Technical Manager.
• Handle confidential material in a professional manner
• Organize and manage multiple priorities
• Think creatively to find innovative solutions to complex analytical questions
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
• Manage complex issues and develop solutions
• Understanding of information security practices and policies and Advanced Information Security technical skills.
Desired Skills and Experience:
• 4+ years’ experience with security infrastructure of implementation, and administration (Fortinet, PaloAlto, Cisco, others)
• Security integration (Web Proxy, Email Gateway, Next-Generation Firewall,)
• Must possess strong verbal and technical written communication skills (English).
• Familiar with Endpoint Protection Platforms (Symantec, McAfee, others)
• Experience with security products firewalls, I, DLP, Anti-Spam, virus scanning, troubleshooting.
• Strong understanding of T, routing protocols, L2/L3 switches, (NAT, ports, DHCP, DNS);
• Have patience and good communication skills.
• Ability to perform Proof of concept and build solution architecture design using multiple product solution and communicate directly with clients in English.
• Strong understanding of security design and architecture, Active Directo, and computer virtualization
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Certification: CC, NSE4-7, PCN are highly desirable. Network and security certifications are preferred.
