Game Town Electronic Games is urgently looking for an IT support with gaming Café experience. Please read the responsibilities, qualifications, and duties listed below to see what we're looking for.
Duties and responsibilities:
• Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, and other offices devices. (Experience in building gaming computers is a must)
• Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.
• Responding in as timely manner to service issues and networks
• Providing technical support across the gaming café (this may be in person or over the phone)
• Setting up accounts for new users
• Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
• Cleaning gaming PC week
• Researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting, and identifying solution to resolve system issues.
• Following standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved to the appropriate internal teams.
• Taking ownership of customer issues reported and seeing problems through to resolution.
• Provide prompt and accurate feedback and maintain jovial relationships with clients.
Qualifications:
• Hands-on experience in building gaming PC
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Proven work experience as IT support in a gaming café
• BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or Equivalent
• Excellent customer service skills
• Knowledgeable in online games (must)
