• Installation of internet routers and configuration in all branches
• Providing technical suppo for clients in the trading hall
• Protecting all local workstation form viruses and worms
• Maintaining of Call recording Server / System.
• Monitoring / Maintaining of Security Camera System.
• Testing of wide area network with financial markets and other institutions
• Monitoring and testing of ADSM & DFM Network Connectivity
• Administration of Trading & Financial system (Tradenet, trandetx).
• Providing technical suppo to clients, brokers, back office.
• Design / compiled reports as per management requirements.
• Fulfil yearly audit requirements as per SCA.
• Managing / Monitoring All Offices & Branches Servers / Firewalls – (Head office & branches connectivity).
• Developing and implementation Plans i.e. Disaster Recovery.
• Ensuring the suitability of specific software for meeting business requirements, through project cost accounting, system designing and implementation.
