We are seeking an experienced and passionate Sous Chef with an Italian background or language fluency to join our client in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate must have a hotel management degr and excellent knowledge of Italian cuisine, including pasta, polenta, risotto, lasagna, pizza, ravioli, and cannelloni.
The candidate must have a minimum of three years of experience in both hot and cold kitchen and must have worked in Italy and UAE. This is an immediate start position, so the ideal candidate should be available to start immediately.
The Sous Chef is expected to ensure that all dishes are prepared and cooked in accordance with the highest standards and be able to lead, train and motivate the team to ensure that the highest standards are maintained. The candidate must have outstanding communication and organizational skills and be able to work under pressure.
