Job Description:
The Microsoft Dynamics 365 Chief Solution Architect carries the ultimate responsibility for meeting the customer requirements and completing the project. The Dynamics Chief Solution architect will be comfortable in all aspects of delivery. Capable of switching between leading customer facing functional workshops and a group of functional consultants and business analysts, managing development teams, either customer based or PowerObjects' centric onshore and off-shore teams, working with project and programme managers to effectively report on progress and risks and issues – to liaising with both internal and customer senior stakeholders – adjusting the approach and language as required for each interaction. The candidate must be extremely detail-oriented, have the ability to multitask, be meticulously organized, and be able to prioritize multiple demands in a fast-paced environment.
Main Tasks:
· Lead the design and development of solutions to provide overall technical vision
· Work closely with C-level and stakeholders from business and technical side to deliver solutions
· Develop enterprise level solutions that integrate across applications, systems and platforms
· Take responsibility for project preparation, business blueprinting, and proposal preparation includes determine project sizing, project cost, required resources, possible integration points, interface, process maps, & overall quality assurance.
· Act as subject matter expert with customers and project team members throughout all project phases, effectively contributing to the development of solutions that meets clients’ needs and requirements.
· Participate and help drive Dynamics CRM implementations through all project phases including discovery, definition, build, and test and deploy
· Participate in the identifying of client’s sales, marketing and customer service requirements through discovery in-person client meetings.
· Design and lead the design process in key modules and work in partnership with the development team, to create and define specifications for an implementation of customizations for custom code or data migration requirements.
· Conduct end-user training and administrator training.
· Create and maintain knowledge transfer documentation.
· Managing assigned accounts through developing and nurturing strong, positive, proactive relationships and understanding the customers’ business and technical needs.
· Proactively driving activities in a manner that increases brand awareness, product presence and revenue generation for all company products.
· Liaising and engaging with partners, customers, customer experience team, and development team and marketing to ensure open streams of communication.
· Identifying and speaking knowledgeably about new business opportunities by understanding customer need.
· Other duties as assigned
