We are looking for below position “ Level 3 SOC Operation Center Engineer “ at one of our client in Riyadh location
Below are the job details:
· Mode of Hire: Outsource
· Client : Telecom
· Duration : 1 year( extendable).
· Sponsor Company : Flint
Willingness to work shifts (including unsociable hours and bank holidays where these fall into your shift pattern) as part of a 24x7 team
• Provide proactive defence of STC’s digital and technology solutions against cyber security threats.
• Work closely with departments across the organisation to ensure threats and vulnerabilities are remediated effectively. Communicating your findings to stakeholders in a clear and actionable fashion, focussing on real-world impact and with pragmatic options for resolution.
• Monitor a range of security systems, resolving and documenting findings accurately.
•Dealing with escalations from Tier 1
• Carrying out investigations
• Incident Handlers responsible for initial response
• Suggest new use cases end to end to protect the business, implementing these into production
• Required to be on-call according to a roster
• Implement and refine automation opportunities identified at Tier
