• Coordinating between the member of the Operations team, providing timely, efficient and accurate financial reports, working capital management and forecasting analysis to senior managers. Main point of contact for all financial operations analysis for the leadership team.
• Responsible for Data Sales governance by setting up policies, procedures, roles and responsibilities to help in keeping sales data consistent and ensure it meets the information needs of the sales workforce.
• Define, monitor and drive achievement by aligning target margin approach to regional needs.
• Business, Partnering by interacting closely with procurement to manage threats and opportunities and to ensure proper pricing performance monitoring together with business partners and controlling.
• Manages sales CRM data quality framework with effective tracking & quality improvement plan.
• Detects emerging customer or market trends and helping determine how the business can meet those opportunities and challenges to drive greater sales success.
• Manages Account plans and development by creating outstanding rep-level account plans that are built back from our segmentation using a robust set of planning tools and processes.
• Monitor quality assurance routines, make sure adherence to the standards.
• Manages the bid qualification process for new opportunities.
• 3+ years of experience in Sales Operation
• Proficiency with Salesforce
• Advance Excel skills with a strong understanding of CRM Application and email marketing strategies
• Language Skills: English, Arabic & French
• Knowledge: Information Technology
