### Job Description
We are a dynamic trading company based in Doha, Qatar, seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of accounting experience and will be responsible for supporting the finance team in managing the company's financial operations.
### Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
- Perform account reconciliations and bank reconciliations
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes
- Ensure compliance with financial policies and regulations
- Assist in audit preparation and provide necessary doentation
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting
### Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 1-3 years of relevant accounting experience
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar)
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
- Must be based in Doha, Qatar
